Service Use

Our taxi booking services are available through our website, phone, or WhatsApp. Bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability.

Bokaro Car Rental reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking without prior notice in case of technical issues, vehicle unavailability, or safety concerns.

Booking & Cancellation

Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop details while booking.

Cancellations made before 1 hour of pickup time are free of charge.

Cancellations made within 1 hour of pickup time may attract a nominal cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the minimum trip fare.

Payment Policy

Payment can be made via Cash, UPI, or Online Bank Transfer directly to Bokaro Car Rental or the assigned driver.

Final fares may include toll charges, parking charges, and other applicable government taxes wherever applicable.

Liability

Bokaro Car Rental strives to ensure timely and safe transportation services. However, we shall not be responsible for delays caused by traffic congestion, road closures, weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Bokaro Car Rental is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle during or after the journey.

Safety & Conduct

For the safety and comfort of all passengers, customers are requested to follow these guidelines:

• 1. Seat belts must be worn throughout the journey.
• 2. Drivers follow all traffic rules and maintain professional behaviour.
• 3. Misconduct, abusive language, or misbehavior with the driver is strictly prohibited.
• 4. Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be chargeable.
• 5. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are not allowed inside the vehicle.
• 6. Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the trip without refund.

Modification of Terms

Bokaro Car Rental reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
